Terms of service

Iris Apparel sells apparel carrying original artwork. Nothing is held in stock: each item is printed and finished after you order it, by a third-party print and fulfilment partner, then shipped directly to you.

Photographs and mockups show the design as faithfully as we can manage. Slight variation in colour between screens and fabric, and in print placement between individual garments, is a normal property of the printing process rather than a fault.

• All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping.
• The price you pay is the one confirmed on the checkout page. It is re-checked against our supplier at that moment, so what you see at checkout is authoritative.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
• Prices can change at any time before you order. A change never affects an order already paid for.

A confirmation email acknowledges your order; it does not oblige us to fulfil it. We may cancel and refund in full where an item is mispriced through obvious error, where an order cannot be produced or delivered, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full and owe nothing.

Shipping destinations, costs and timings are set out on the shipping page. Faults, damage, lost parcels, cancellations and refunds are covered by our returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Iris Apparel and are protected by copyright. Buying a garment buys you the garment — it grants no rights in the artwork printed on it.

You may not reproduce a design, or copy it onto other products, for commercial purposes or resale.

Reviews may be left by verified purchasers. By submitting one you allow us to publish it, together with the display name you provide, on the relevant product page. Your email address is never published — it is used only to confirm the purchase.

Reviews are read before publication and we may decline any that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the product. We do not edit the substance of a review to make it more flattering, and we do not remove one for being critical.

Our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The site is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may revise these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Iris Apparel is established.
