Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Checkout will not accept an address outside that, so if you are ordering from elsewhere, please don't complete a purchase expecting delivery — write to us instead and we'll tell you when we open up your country.

• $5.99 for the first item in an order.
• $2.49 for each additional item in the same order.

So 3 items in one order ship for $10.97. The exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay, and that figure is the one you are charged.

The estimate shown at checkout is 4 to 8 business days. That window covers both printing and transit — nothing is held in stock, so each order is produced before it can be dispatched.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed late in the day begin production the following business day.

You'll receive a receipt by email as soon as payment succeeds, and tracking details once the order leaves the print facility. If tracking hasn't arrived within 8 business days, contact us with your order reference and we'll chase it.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Orders wait about a day before they reach the print facility, so a mistake caught quickly can usually still be put right. Email sovereign.interactive7@gmail.com with your order reference as soon as you notice — once production starts the address is fixed, and a parcel already printed and labelled cannot be recalled.

Parcels returned to sender as undeliverable can be reshipped once the address is corrected, though reshipping is charged again.

Lost, delayed and damaged parcels are covered on our returns and refunds page. In short: if it arrives damaged or never arrives, we replace it or refund you.
