Privacy

When you place an order, Stripe collects on our behalf:

• Your name and email address.
• Your shipping address, and your billing address if it differs.
• Your phone number, which couriers use for delivery.
• What you ordered and what you paid.

Your card details go directly to Stripe. They never reach our servers, and we could not see them if we wanted to.

If you leave a review, we store the display name you choose, your rating and your words, plus your email address — used only to confirm that you actually bought the product and to stop the same person reviewing it repeatedly. Your email is never shown on the site.

Only the companies needed to take your money and get a parcel to your door:

• Stripe — processes payment and sends your receipt and invoice.
• Printify — prints and ships your order, and receives the name and address needed to deliver it.
• Railway — hosts this site and its database.
• Meta — receives which pages you viewed here and the total of an order once it completes, so we can tell which adverts are worth paying for. It does not receive your name, your email or your address.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do share the browsing described above with Meta for advertising measurement, and nothing more than that. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep an internal record of what sells, built deliberately without personal details: order references, amounts, product identifiers and status, and nothing that identifies a customer. Reporting tells us what people bought, never who bought it.

Your cart is stored in your own browser, on your own device, and is not transmitted to us until you begin checkout. Clearing your browser storage clears it.

We advertise this shop on Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta Pixel to see which of those adverts actually lead to orders. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta which pages you visited here, plus the total of an order when one completes.

We do not send it your name, email or address. If you would rather not be measured this way, any tracker blocker stops it, as do the ad settings in your own Facebook or Instagram account. Nothing about the shop stops working if you block it — you can still browse, order and get your parcel exactly as before.

Order records — reference, items, amount and address — are retained while needed for fulfilment, support and tax and accounting obligations. Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them.

Email sovereign.interactive7@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request as promptly as we can.

One limit worth being straight about: records attached to a completed purchase may need to be kept to satisfy tax and accounting rules, even after a deletion request. We will tell you if that applies and remove everything else.

This shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
